Customer Support – Tier 1 at GreenRoad Technologies

GreenRoad is looking for an employee to join our cloud service management team. This person will be responsible for managing the configurations of GreenRoad Customer accounts, in vehicle devices and monitoring and reporting on these activities.

Interactions inside and outside the organization:
• Direct customers
• Internal customers: Change management, Account Managers, Sales, Operation team, R&D
• Support representatives in GreenRoad offices

Job Requirements:

  •  High level competency of Microsoft office, specifically Excel
  •  Technical orientation
  •  Experience with SalesForce CRM is an advantage
  •  Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
  •  Experience working in a customer facing environment is an advantage
