We are looking for a talented HR Systems Administrator to assist with setting up and running a new HR System (HiBOb) to support our employees. This will involve data migration and input, configuration of workflows and processes, uploading of documents, setting up employee files, setting permissions, absence management etc.
Working with the HR Adviser, you will be responsible for HR administration for all employees supporting them as the system goes live. Critically, whilst the focus is on systems, the HR team is customer focused, and is looking for someone who has an understanding of the importance of HR providing a quality service to our internal customers.
You’ve got this covered:
- Essential to have HR administration experience; ideally Level 3 qualified or working towards Level 3.
- Must have experience of working with HRIS Systems, ideally will have experience of setting up an HRIS system.
- Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure processes reflect policies, and that employee data is correct.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be a completer finisher.
