You will be joining our growing pre-sales team in this US-based role (TX or NY preferred), in a role that offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to be key to driving the growth of Seldon and the revenue of the business

What you will be doing

  • You will be responsible for supporting the successful closing of new business through performing technical demonstrations and building and managing proof of concepts with prospective clients, aligned with their business needs
  • You will be responsible for the creation of success criteria and value cases to articulate clearly to clients the quantitative impact of Seldon technology
  • You will be communicating with technical and business stakeholders on a regular basis, using your technical knowledge and communication skills to effectively translate the technical capabilities of Seldon technology into business value for our clients
  • You will be striving to excel in your monthly activity goals aligned to client demo meetings, pre-sales calls and value cases developed 
  • You will proactively partner across the business on the continuous improvement of our solutions engineering approach and customer pre-sales satisfaction 

What you will bring to the team

  • 3+ years of enterprise software experience in a technical client-facing role, preferably in a pre-sales capacity
  • Proven track record of value-based technical sales success through demonstrations, trials, and POC
  • Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills to a range of both commercial and technical client stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of the machine learning lifecycle; working with popular machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow etc.), and data science practices (scripting with Python, Jupyter notebooks etc.)
  • Experience working with cloud-native technologies; working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), comfortable working with Linux
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail and excellent critical judgment 
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to take initiative
