Distributor Sales Manager at Fluidic Analytics

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Distributor Sales Manager to drive adoption and sales of the Company's novel technology through the building and maintenance of distribution networks; and delivering the ideal customer experience across Europe and RoW territories. You will be the face of the company in the field! Responsibilities and duties will include:


  • Working with distributors in the Europe and RoW region to deliver budgeted sales, drive the sales pipeline and ensure revenue growth
  • Ensure valid contracts are in place with partners
  • Working with after-sales to ensure maximum support for customers and distributors
  • Work with marketing team to provide collateral to support sales activities
  • Working with Customer Services/Sales order management to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Actively support distributors in training events and sales meetings within the assigned distributor countries
  • Provide accurate forecasting to meet/exceed budget and manage key opportunities
  • Drive for customer satisfaction and increase competitive advantage by building trust and relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams on financial, contractual, logistics and product registration matters for the assigned distributor countries
  • Manage the sales process and customer journey from initial contact to post sales relationship, utilising in-house CRM and processes and utilising best practice and naming conventions
  • Work with applications, marketing and technical teams to identify and translate best practice with regards to new application, product and market developments


You've Got This Covered:

  • MSc or PhD in biophysics, biochemistry, protein biology or similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in scientific instrument sales, with a track record of success
  • Experience of managing distributor networks within the relevant territory and customer base
  • An established relevant life science network is essential, with biotech and pharma networks is highly desirable
  • Experience of early phase commercial products and company's is desirable
  • Demonstrate a relentless drive to deliver on an individual level ad as part of a team
  • Up to 80% domestic travel Europe and RoW
  • Full driving licence
