Senior Implementation Manager (New Features/ Upgrades) at Lumeon

The Senior Implementation Manager serves as a key partner and point of contact to clients; with ownership and accountability for ensuring our solutions deliver value to the client.  The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader with strong technical skills responsible for client production implementations, delivering fixes, and new features. You will be excited to work hands-on with product delivery, enthusiastic about the client experience, and an attentive leader as our team grows.
 
This position will work semi- remotely in the Boston, MA area. Lumeon team members will collaborate in person, as needed, in shared office spaces.
 

Key Responsibilities

    • Support customers by adhering to project management commitments to deliver a high degree of customer service that will result in providing the ideal workflow process, offering continuous process improvement, and enable long-term customer retention.
    • Manage a team of Feature Implementation Consultants
    • Generate and execute maintenance and improvement plans for each customer
    • Be a strong technical implementation lead for the team
    • Effectively communicates and works closely with Account Managers and Account Support Managers to ensure the client has an excellent experience with Lumeon
    • Provide input to the Product Management team around feature improvements
    • Other duties as assigned

Essential Experience

      • 5+ years experience in team management, in a software organization
      • 5+ years experience of delivering software configurations for clients
      • Experience in managing a team, remote management is a plus
      • Experience in strategically building teams (including interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding)
      • Understanding of Software as a Service
 

Preferred Experience

    • Expertise using MySQL, HTML, CSS
    • Experience working with web services, API’s, and integration engines.
