What you will be doing
- You will be directly accountable for driving the growth of Seldon Deploy and Core Enterprise customers and the revenue of the business
- You will be responsible for managing an entire sales cycle in their respective territory, from sourcing net-new opportunities through to close
- You will able to convert both warm leads and proactively compile strategic market mapping and pipelining based on research and existing networks/ relationships
- You will be able to build rapport well, become a trusted advisor and use a variety of selling and negotiation techniques to see opportunities through to close
- You will be an internal advocate for customers, collaborating with Product, Technology and Marketing to ensure customer needs are addressed
What you will bring to the team
- Proactively manage the end to end sales lifecycle of both warm and net new customers to consistently achieve target
- Demonstrate considerable business acumen and the ability to make informed decisions when compiling strategic market mapping and pipelining
- Build effective relationships as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and demonstrate the business value of Seldon
- Successfully structure your day with the activities needed to consistently achieve target and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Have an accurate and up to date CRM at all times enabling you to provide valuable insights on deals, reporting and forecasting
- Demonstrate considerable level of self-awareness, resilience and are open to coaching to help you continually improve
- Demonstrate a high level of self-sufficiency and confidently navigate our startup environment, collaborating with other teams effectively to deliver Sales success
